These terms must be reviewed and validated by legal counsel before final publication.

Acceptance

By using MYSOLEAS, you accept these terms and the rules specific to each service: SoleasPay, MyShup, Immoleas, MyBoost, Identity Cloud and Notifier.

User account

You are responsible for the information provided, the confidentiality of your access and any action performed from your account. Accounts may require verification, validation or compliance depending on the service.

Use of APIs and OAuth2 applications

Applications must use authorized scopes, protect secrets server-side, respect declared redirect URIs and not bypass the API Gateway. Any abusive use may lead to suspension.

Payments and financial services

SoleasPay facilitates payment journeys according to available methods, partner rules and regulatory obligations. Some operations may be refused, delayed or subject to verification.

Notifications

Notifier must be used for lawful, expected messages compliant with anti-spam, consent and data protection rules. Campaigns may be limited or suspended in case of abuse.

Usage restrictions

MYSOLEAS may not be used for fraud, impersonation, abusive collection, security attacks, illegal content, quota bypassing or third-party rights violations.

Suspension and termination

MYSOLEAS may suspend an account, application or service in case of risk, abuse, non-payment, regulatory request or violation of terms.

Intellectual property

MYSOLEAS brands, content, interfaces, documents and technologies remain the property of their respective owners. No implied license is granted outside normal service use.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided according to their availability and configuration. MYSOLEAS cannot be held liable for indirect damages, business losses or interruptions caused by third parties outside its control.

Changes

Services and terms may evolve. Users will be informed when changes are significant.
